Robotic pipe inspections are now accessible for sanitary sewer systems, storm drain systems, and municipalities, conducted by a NASSCO-certified PACP operator. Our state-of-the-art robotic sewer crawler is capable of inspecting pipes ranging from 6 to 36 inches in diameter, providing comprehensive reports complete with high-resolution video and photographs. These inspections can be performed virtually anywhere, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
The CCTV inspection system features an advanced in-line crawler that excels in assessing pipes, primarily in the sewer and drainage sectors. It delivers critical insights into the condition of utility lines, effectively identifying cracks, irregularities, and other potential issues. With its 360-degree pan-and-tilt capabilities and zero-degree turning radius, the CCTV camera offers unparalleled visibility and adaptability, essential for thorough inspections.
For optimal results, camera operations are typically limited to bends between access points, ensuring precision in data collection. The crawler captures exceptional video quality and illuminates targets with powerful LED lights. Our PACP-certified project manager meticulously analyzes and records the footage, which clients can conveniently download via USB or a media network.
Equipped with a steerable six-wheel drive, our in-line inspection crawler adeptly navigates obstacles that might impede other systems. The CCTV inspection crawler is versatile, capable of changing wheel types and utilizing a detachable lift to accommodate various pipe sizes (6″-36″), materials, and conditions. Its overlapping six-wheel drive design is ideal for traversing offsets and debris commonly encountered in sewer and drain systems.
Additionally, our crawler features onboard lasers to accurately measure defects and ovality within pipes. For smaller lines, measuring 4 inches or less in diameter, we offer a push camera option, which can be manually guided through the pipe for efficient inspection.
